Q: What if I cannot find the size I need printing for my custom boxes?
A: The sizes currently available on the website represent the best value for your money, but you can send a quote request by email to info@nuprint.ca and we will send you a detailed quote for your custom size.
Q: Can I pick up my custom boxes order at your offices to get them faster?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot receive customers in our current facilities, and we deliver all the orders we receive. In addition, custom box orders often represent a physically large final product that can only be deliverd on a skid due to its large open format before being assembled, thus requiring a big truck to deliver them.
Q: Can I provide you with the dieline I already have for my custom boxes?
A: Unfortunately, No. Ee cannot take existing dies from customers because we cannot guarantee that these dies would be compatible with our diecutting machines. Rest assured, however, that if it you place an order for custom boxes, you will be charged only once for the dieline and will not be charged for it on your subsequent orders, as long as the die is still usable (around 50,000 passes through the machine)
Q: Is it normal that my 2nd order of custom boxes did not have a reduction in price which I was expecting for the dieline cost reduction ?
A: If you have chosen one of the standard sizes available on our website, you have not paid for the fabrication of the dieline, since all the dies for theses sizes already exist and we did not charge you for making them. It is therefore normal that you did not notice a reduction in price on your subsequent invoices. Only custom size orders can get a reduction in price for die line after the 2nd order.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my custom boxes?
A: Considering the amount of work in the finishing process of making boxes like the diecutting, stripping, glue dots and other, most box orders are produced within 10 to 15 working days plus an additional 1-2 days for shipping.
