Q: What is the 15 oz blockout vinyl used for?
A: The 15 oz blockout Vinyl allows to hide what is in the back of the banner; you could for example use it to cover a small section over another banner OR on a wall to hide something that would be at the back of the banner. You can't see through it.
Q: What if I can't find the size I want for the vinyl banner I need printing?
A: You can request a quote from us at info@imprimetout.ca but make sure your size only includes whole numbers. For example, 23 x 37.5 in. would not be a valid size request. You would have to choose between 23 x 37 in or 23 x 38 in.
Q: Can I pick up my vinyl banner order at your offices to prevent it from being wrinkled or damaged in transport?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot receive customers in our current facilities and we deliver all the orders we received. However, all of our vinyl banners are securely packed in cardboard rolls to secure them from any damage that may occur during transportation. In addition, in the unlikely event that your vinyl banner is damaged during the shipping process, simply send us a photo of the problem by email and we will resend you a new vinyl banner at no extra cost.
Q: Can I order samples of your Vinyl Banner material ?
A: We do not have printed samples of our vinyl banners but we do have samples available for 13 oz white, unprinted vinyl banner material. Please note that there may be a charge for sending a vinyl banner sample.
