Q: What are the turnaround times for me to get my order?
A: For all combo orders WITHOUT SPECIAL FINISHING, all orders submitted within the deadlines are ready for shipping within the delays mentionned in the table above. However, shipping delays are not included in the table. Shipping delays are usually 1 to 2 open days, but may vary depending on the delivery method you selected when you placed your order, and the shipping address as well.
If you order a product that requires special finishing, like scoring, folding, diecutting, etc, you should check with your representative for the delivery time as this will increase the production delay.

A: If we have not received your files, or if there is a problem with them, a detailed email will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email about your files, then there are no major problems with your files. This does not mean that your files are 100% correct however, as there are situations such as overprint, that no one can see until it's printed. If you want to be 100% sure, you can always add an EPSON PROOF to your cart when ordering.

Q: Graphic design fees were charged to my account, why?
A: The graphics fees are charged to your account when your file does not meet our technical specifications. When there is a problem with your files, we try to contact you and to get new files from you to avoid charging you an additional fee.

However, when we are not able to get new files in a timely manner and we have to get your order completed in a specified time frame, our graphic designer will make the corrections and graphic design fees may be charged to your account. These must be paid before your next order.

A: It is possible and quite normal.
Even if you have two or more items in one order, when an item of the order is ready we ship it to you right away so that it gets to you as soon as possible;
You cannot expect all items of an order to be ready to ship at the same time, so it is possible that you will receive one item one day and another item the next day.

Q: I saw the Blind'' Ship'' option in your delivery options, what is it?
A: The Blind Ship option is an option that you can add to your shipping options so that the package is not identified at its shipping source. This is used, among other things, if you want to ship an order directly to your customer and you do not want him to know that it comes from us.
By sending it directly to your client with the blind shipping option your client will receive their orders quickly without knowing that it comes from us and may very well be satisfied with the quick time in which they received their order from you.

Q: How can I make sure to have the colors I want on the printed job?
A: There is only one way to ensure accuracy with colors on combo prints and this is to add to your order an EPSON proof at the cost of 30$ + taxes. With an approved EPSON proof, the production manager on our floor, will ensure compliance with the approved colors on your EPSON proof. Otherwise, it is very difficult to guarantee the color accuracy of a printed combo job. Please take note that we cannot offer an EPSON proof for certain specific products, such as but not limited to.
PVC cards, magnets, banners, ridig signs, playing cards, t-shirts, etc...

Q: I sent an order with a lot of black and the printed result looks more like a washed up gray than black, but the black on my computer screen is a beautiful dark black, how come such a difference with the printed version?

A: A CMYK mix pf black that is made of 100% K (black) and 0% of other colors may look perfect on your screen and perhaps even beautiful when printed on your home printer, but when printed on an offset press it will most likely come out as a faded black or even a dark gray at best.

This is partly due to the fact that the paper will absorb much of the ink that is simply not sufficient to give the desired result with only 100% ink coverage of one color.
To make sure your black is beautiful you just have to change your CMYK recipe for the following:
C: 50% M: 30% Y: 30% N: 100%

Notice when you make these changes to your recipe, your on screen black will not change, but on printed paper it makes a huge difference.

This is a fairly simple recipe where 30% of M and Y will help fill the pores of the paper without affecting the tint of the color and the 50% of C will also help to fill the pores of paper but it will also darken the mixture so that the 100% of Black will be able to do its job of being Black and dark.
